Endo Ice is used for vitality testing because it has the ability to cool when applied to a surface (cotton). The cooled part, when placed on the tooth, is perceived by the patient if the tooth has vitality. If the tooth has lost its vitality, the patient will not feel the icy sensation, which confirms the purpose of the product.
 
Indications-
Vitality test spray with a minty scent.
